because you are not to old yet.
but it is my honest opinnion that you should not be thinking death, you should be thinking babies. before you do get TO OLD to play catch. besides if you dont start soon you'll be 75 before you even get grandchildren. GET BUSY.

You know I wish you nothing but the best of luck, Morgan.

You also know that I am not someone renowned for his willpower or common sense. I try to balance this by not bugging others with hypocritical pleas for healthy living... we all choose our weaknesses and I respect everyone's equal right to kill themselves in the manner they feel is the best for them.

That having been said, I recommend quitting the diet soda. I'm sure you've heard it before, and you've probably read the studies, and I know damned well how delicious a cold Diet Pepsi is on a Tucson summer day (especially when I snatch it out of your refrigerator). Nevertheless...

I don't know if that link works. I just know that my dad drank his fair share of Diet Coke. He tried to eat the foods he loved in moderation, but he died with fried chicken in the fridge. When I read that aspartame stimulates cravings for carbohydrates, I certainly have no reason to doubt it.

Water is boring, but I know that I feel better since I cut down on soda (bourbon is best when it's poured over a couple of ice cubes anyway.)

There's my two cents worth. Personally, I'm shooting for 65... I think the year 2030 is about as far as I want to go. See ya there, old timer!
