Where’s Fresno?
So, I’ve noticed this for quite some time now. The Tucson Citizen’s weather page isn’t so great. Often on my lunch hour (which is when I typed this) I thumb through the pages of the papers that my employers produce. We have listings "for the 48 contiguous states" - which for some reason includes Anchorage and Honolulu. What troubles me most is that Fresno didn’t make the cut of the 100ish cities that are listed. It’s roughly the same size as Tucson, Portland OR, Albuquerque, and Vegas… But no respect. Sure dinky little El Paso makes the list. As does Eugene. I’m not even sure where Evansville is but rest assured, tomorrow’s high will be 57. You can’t blame the Citizen though (I say this to protect my job)… it’s really those weasels at auucweather.com. Helena… really?
